Yiannis was born in Doriza, Greece, and grew up watching his mother Katerina prepare their fare with the secrets and techniques passed to her from generations to generations.

The founder and President of Souvlaki Express, Yiannis, brings to you the same secrets and techniques passed from his mother to him, and, 32 years of restaurant experience. He believes that quality combined with simple wholesome ingredients equals’ good food. Three key ingredients are: Inspiration, Wholesome Ingredients and Love.
